I see that shabab and shabat need to have montdiat sifiah and also other montdiat for the shabab who finshed the univ that keep them to coincat and get the nolege ... i think there is orgnization in oman of pablick speaking that is in darsait teachyou how to give speach frant of many ppl and have how to give progects.....many this will keep us improve Omani
