CELTA, is it accepted by the M O E

Hello everybody ……………………………..
CELTA is a teacher training course for all those who want to pursue a career in teaching English as a foreign language. It's run by experienced teachers at the British Council, Muscat. I managed only to gather this information from the British Council. Unfortunately, I couldn't know if it is accepted by the ministry of education to teach English in schools all over the Sultanate.

If it is accepted by the MOE, it would say so clearly

My assumption is that it has to be accepted, otherwise why wuold they have this program in Oman at the first place??s
