:My Opinion

I think women can definetely organise better, because they are more into details. I believe both genders have their specific strength and weaknesses. That´s why together they could make such a perfect team.

In a work environment men-only Teams might face obstacles because they have this competition - leadership thing, which can be too dominant among them and on the other hand women teams could loose the track while getting too much into details. Just an example

Dear brother,
I'm reaaly happy to read these words and see somebody discussing such issue in public..

In my opinion, i believe that every person can be what ever he/she wants to be, regardless the gender sterotypenig in its different forms & images in the different cultures & societies.
A man can be a nurse & also woman,
A man can be a teacher & also woman,
A man can be a farmer & also woman,
a man can be a good manager & also woman,
He can be a great leader & she can do so...

All waht everybody needs are features of success:
* Motivation
* Autonomy
* Suitable Environment
* Initiative
* Desired outcomes
* self control

So, both male & female are able to consider these features key ones & then followthem step by step.
For a person like you, I think its not a hidden matter of seeing woman nurses, ambassedors, ministres & in all possible leading positions they are appearing successflly with their skills & talents & going along the way of success with man in a great team of real human beings.
