it's not easy to u to setup ur phone or reinstall its softwares coz sit needs a special cable called (( Flash Cable )) and it coasts approximtely from 63 to 97 rials and maybe more.... ...

Advicing u ,,,,, pay 5 rials to any phone's shops and reinstall it to arabic
