وقلت للبنك بأن أوضاعي سيأ ووالدتى مرض وقلت بأنامحتاج لسحب هاذ ه المراث
وقاللي البنك أولا هذا الحساب خاص لتحويل إلى الخارج أن أممي خيار علي
أن أتي بأحد من الخارج بأسم شريك لأبي ليتم تحويل علا أسمهى.لان قمت بلأتصال

My name is Hasen Dekrara, my father is from Lebanese while my mother is from Ivory Coast, i grow up in Morocco, i returned back to Cote d' Ivoire this year.
My father is an importer and exporter here in Cote D' Ivoire but he died on a plan crashed, which took place in Benin on 26/12/2003.
On my arrival here in Cote D' Ivoire, my mother gave me a certificate confirming that my late father deposited the sum of US$10,000.000.00 in one of the bank here.
I want to the bank for a claim but according them, there was a written agreement by my father in case of his death the account should not be release to me till after 28 years of my age.
I then explain to the bank that my age mother is seriously sick and i have no other hope of getting money then this my inheritance.
Base on that ,the bank advice me that since the account is a foreign investor account, i should provide to them a foreign account who will stand as my father's foreign associate so that the inheritance will be transfer in his/her name.
My contacting is to seek for your trust and understanding towards this pressing matter so that i will present your name to the bank for receiving the money in your account as my father's foreign associate
You will assist me to invest this money in your country and after processing and receiving this money, i will meet with you in your country for the main project.
