Engineer – Organic Fertilizer
Production
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or Biotechnology
Age 30-45 Years
Minimum 5 years experience in handling / Operational management of production of
organic fertilizer or similar materials, preferably in Middle East
.
Duties:
Managing and supervising the commercial production of compost and organic fertilizer in new factory, including methods, material, machinery & labour management, used in the aerobic production of compost and in the mechanical blending and packaging of fertilizers
.
Composting Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 12th grade, secondary school certificate passed, & having trade certificate as technical gardener from recognized institute.
Age 25-45 years.
Should have 3-5 years experience in Aerobic composting, processing of bulk agricultural products like hay making
.
Duties:
Supervising aerobic production of compost made from animal manures & plant waste in windrows, using mechanical compost turners
.
Packing Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Standard passed, secondary certificate holder, as Mechanical or technical gardener.
Age 25-45 years.
Should have 3-5 years experience with automated modern packing line, having blending and bagging modules or similar machinery
.
Duties:
Supervising the blending & packaging of organic fertilizers, based on compost palletizing & securing.
Production
