      Dear Participant,

      As part of the requirements to obtain the Master degree in library studies, I am conducting a study that aims to investigate the reality of electronic information services that support e-learning at Sultan Qaboos University. This questionnaire is to be completed by:

      - Faculty members who taught their courses using e-learning systems (WebCt & Moodle)

      - Faculty members who use the e-learning system (Moodle) to teach their courses.
