Announcement
Sultan Qaboos University intends to sell Date Palm Fruit, through an auction to be held on Sunday 20/06/2010 at 3:00 pm at the Agricultural Experiment Station (AES), College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences. The auction will be held under the following terms and conditions:
1. Auction is only for SQU & SQUH staff and student only.
2. The Date Palm field will be divided into groups, each group of ( 4-11 ) Date palm trees and will be sold to one buyer.
3. Participants must pay an advance amount of R.O. 20/= for entry fees and cleaning the date palms after harvesting. This amount will be refunded to unsuccessful buyers.
4. The successful buyer must pay the remaining sum in cash, including an auction fee of 3% of the auction value, immediately after the auction.
5. Harvesting timing will be daily from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm until 02/10/2010.
