منها نوعية المودم و زحمة خطوط الربط بالمنطقة لاننا نستخدم خط التلفون.

فسؤالي لك كم سرعة الربط أثناء تصفحك و ما هو نوع المودم المستخدم ؟؟؟

Regarding your Internet connections it looks to me that is all the details you said were the best from my experience & the speed is the standard speed in Oman we can't get more than that in our internet unless & special booser or another device being introduced to the system Thats what I feel & if you feel your speed is abnormal with compare to the others that means some problem with your system & needs to be investigated
