our health is very important as we all know this fact
whenever hear about bad health our mind goes to thinking about dait and maybe the last thing we think about is exercising
so guys lets talk about exercising and its importanes
i agree with the master walking is good exercise
i have just arrived from walking for a long distance
daily i walk after al3isha pray for more than 10 km
it is better than foodball coz u might break some of ur body parts . besides u tire ur heart when u run very fast
and that will affect ur heart
but walking is not
To excercise is a must for each and every one of us! Its about keeping fit and healthy. Any kind of sport would be suitable for staying healthy! At the end, movement and exercise are found in almost every single sport! So, its basically about which is you favourite sport?! Therefore, you should at least have one sport that you practice on regular basis
Like Whisper and al-Baron, most poeple find in walking a very useful and satisfying exercise. this is totally true ofcourse, i myself walk a considerable distance everyday (not these days#e ) and its really great! However, i would advise you all in getting into the habit of doing other exercises in addition to walking. This will certainly increase your stamina and as such your fitness. Also, doing warm up excercises is very important before practicing any sport
For me, its Martial Arts! I find in them a great exercise in many different ways. This is because they dont just focus on the physical side, they go beyond that to the mental side. In addition, its great fun;)
