However the story I know is a little bite different
The story started long time ago
Hundred years back
When people use to meet each other
They will ask hi or low (as how is things good or bad)
Then the other person will answer sometime hi
Or low
Or hi and low (so and so)
With time the word shorten to
Hi’llo
Later on the spelling got mixed up
And ended to as we see it nowadays
Hello
Also with time the meaning has changed
To a greeting expression
And now we use hi and low together as hello
Or use hi separately without low …as Hi
So
Hello
Hi
goodbye
