I put this picture in my presentation last year
the contents of the cigar damege the smoker's lung but in slower way
smokers have to begin to stop smoking
smoking is not only hurt them but also for second hand smokers (people who are breathing the smoke)

Exactly some people when they come to know about the damages
- read/ know more about it...they will try at least
to take a step to reduce the smoking,
of course not all at once but step by step you can achieve a progress.
"Supporting" is also very important***
I don't think anyone wants to die in such a way!!

Thanks Lady for the reminder, i am also a smoker, but may be i have diffrent idia than all of you!! I am joking, it is not because i smoke that's mean it is right, but what i say too many things in our life we are doing daily have some bad effect and that's doe not mean to stopeed it compleatly but we need to reduce, or eleminate and stope it compleatly if we can. Drinking coffee some time is good but too much coffee it is too dangrouse. Driving in high speed for example is too dangrouse. What i want to say, cigerate is bad but not very very very bad if we control it. I don't like saying things because we just hear it in the school or in our surrounding environment. We need to think and fair, we are not living ideal life. Thanks allot.

Firstly,,,,,I would like to thank you for being honest here

Secondly,,,, there's a side effects for everything

Coffee (as you have mentioned) is good as it could be bad if you take over dose
You can't compare the smoking thing with coffee or other things...

there's nothing good about smoking..despite the feeling you may get after doing so....
it harms the person in a way or another even without your knowledge (symptoms)

it kills slowely man...
it might take years to show what it could do
it keeps marks though
anywhere..at anyway

I respect your opinion......
If that's what you think...
