what kind of books do you read? Maybe at that time you are already very tired .... so, try to read when you are not exhaused

Never go to sleep when you are not feeling sleepy or exhausted,,
even if you have to get up early morning...
co's you will end up thinking & your head will go up side down..
you might even get headache & wasting time
...u better do something till you are sure you need to sleep.
such as reading, watching TV. believe me this way will
help you, co's it makes you really tired enough to go to bed.
