Position: Asset Management Engineer No’s (02)
Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system. Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations. Ensure compliance with all equipments operations, maintenance and store keeping, procedures over the asset lifecycle. Oversee assets conditions where company employees or contractors perform operation and maintenance. Prepare report every six month on the existing core business asset conditions. Review of Company’s current assets performance and efficiencies. He possibly asked to carry out inspection and auditing of asset bad handling or theft. Participate in the development of the Company’s asset management policy, as required.
* Experience / Qualification & Skills needed:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A Bachelor degree in engineering Certificate will be Desirable. 5 Years of working experience in the Field preferably in the industrial sector. Knowledge of relevant documents as pass-55 and familiar with Asset Management Programs, Also the candidate should be very good in computer skills such Excel & Word.
