      تعلن جامعة السلطان قابوس عن رغبتها في بيع عدد من المركبات المستعملة ، يرجى ممن يرغب في الشراء معاينة المركبات في ساحة قسم النقليات بالجامعه يومي الاحد و الأثنين الموافق 28-29/01/2012م من الساعة الثامنة صباحا وحتى الثانية عشرة ظهراً ، علما بأن المزاد سيقام يوم الاثنين الموافق 30/1/2012م في تمام الساعة الرابعة عصراً في نفس الموقع وذلك وفقا للشروط التالية :-
      1- على الراغب في دخول المزاد دفع مبلغ وقدره"100 ريال عماني " كتأمين قبل ساعة من بدء المزاد على أن يسترد في حالة عدم إرساء المزاد عليه .


      2- تسدد قيمة الشراء نقداً فور انتهاء المزاد ، ويعتبر العرض المقدم ملزما لصاحبه إذا أرسي عليه ، وفي حالة عدم قيام المشتري بتسديد قيمة الشراء في الوقت المحدد يسقط عنه مبلغ التأمين ويعاد المزاد على حسابه ، وعليه أن يتحمل جميع المصاريف التي تترتب على إعادة المزاد أو أي فروقات في السعر .

      3- تباع المركبات على وضعها الحالي والجامعة غير مسؤولة عن ضياع أو تلف المركبات إذا لم يتم نقلها بعد انتهاء المزاد وستفرض غرامة بواقع "10 ريالات عمانية" عن كل يوم بعد تاريخ 01/02/2012م .

      4- على المشتري تحمل مصاريف الدلالة بواقع 3% من قيمة مشترياته.

      ملاحظة :-

      الدخول إلى ساحة المعاينة والمزاد سيكون عن طريق البوابة رقم (4) .

      ANNOUNCEMENT

      SALE OF USED VEHICLES


      Sultan Qaboos University announces the SALE OF USED VEHICLES, on as-is-where-is basis, through a public auction to be held on Monday, 30th Jan 2012 at 4.00 pm at the University Transport Section. Interested parties can inspect the vehicles on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th Jan 2012 between 8.00 am and 12.00 noon at the above location

      Terms and Conditions

      1. Participants shall be required to deposit an advance sum of RO.100/- (Rial Omani One Hundred only) at the auction counter one hour before the auction takes place. This amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders

      2. The successful bidder must pay the remaining sum in cash and remove his selected vehicle/s on or before 01st Feb 2012. The auction price shall be obligatory on the part of the successful bidder

      3. Sultan Qaboos University shall not be held responsible for loss or damage of any vehicle sold in the auction. A penalty of RO.10/- per day will be charged to the successful bidder, if he fails to remove his selected vehicle/s before the specified date

      The successful bidder shall be required to pay a brokerage fee of 3% of the auction value

      Any bidder who fails to comply with the items 2, 3 and 4 above, will forfeit both the deposit and the vehicle/s purchased by him



      Note: Bidders are requested to use the University Hospital Gate No.4 while coming to the Auction place
