      Dear all
      I admit it honestly, I came here with a great deal of motivation, and slowly slowly Iam loosing my esteem and pace

      The forum is very slow, and most are talking with no body listening

      I know, you, I mean we, are honest, but let us be honest plus....shall we

      First of all, thanks for this post

      As for the discussed issue! At first i thought it can be quite hard for me to answer such a question. However, since the topic is all about being Honest plus, i decided to give it a shot
      ;)

      Since am a moderator it comes with the job that am supposed to practically reply to every single post in the english section. However, discarding that point for the moment, i would say that personally i never thought of who wrote the topic to reply to it. I truly believe that every post can have its own nature and as such bring about a certain amount of interest in it. So, if i was to predict how other members reacted to this, i would say that interest is certainly an issue

      Although, i dont participate much out of the english section, i would say, that generally i would reply mostly to topics that i find interesting. However, thats not always the case! I sometimes do reply to topics (outside the english section) to encourage members there to keep on writing

      Now, for the english section its much of a different story really. I have to admit that at the moment, we have a shortage in the number of participating members. However, we also surely have some really active members (you being one of them)! This is why we actually depend on you lot, to increase the numbers of members in the english section through continueous enthusiasm

      I myself got to learn this the hard way! I just hope, that we don't get to lose members like you, due to this. We all need to realise that for poeple to be willing to participate in a forum is not easy! So, how if it was, that they have to do it in enlish!! See not everyone have that common eagerness to learn english

      Back to the main issue, i have to admit that i myself, wasnt much of a good member lately!! You get all sorts of thing to hold you from being around and replying to members posts. Also, i sometimes take an awfully long time to reply to certain topics. This is basically due to the lack of time

      Anyway, one last word at the end, i really hope that you stay motivated all the time and keep your enthusiasm. Although, it can be quite difficut, its really appreciated. Also, the english section is certainly progressing, however slowly!! So, please do keep it up. With best wishes, My regards

      I would like to thank you, and at the same time appreciate your comprehensive reply and response which proved that your are not only honest plus but rather super honest

      Iam still waiting for more responses from other brothers and sisters and ask them all to listen to The Master and give it a shot


      I would like to add that I used the word honest to refer to honesty as far as the topic is concerned, and hope I would be clear about that

      But in other sections
      I answering under two kinds of creterias
      one: for the topic and how it is nice
      two: I honestly care about the names and members
      so I read all subjects under well knowen name
      But answering what I feel it need an answer from me

      Dear brother .. yes it is too hard to feel that ther is no responses for any subjects I wrote. But what can I do? We should motivate my readers/ visiters to goin us in our forum by adding new subjects which contain the soul of challange and intrest. That by supporting the forum with English language games. I'll try to add what I can. Hope you too

      Honestly, I do not agree with you
      Honesty, or to be honest rather, is a self drive, behaviour, and motivation
      If you, or we are surrounded by some dishonest ones does not mean it will be difficult for us to be honest

      Please remember dear brother not to agree with others without stating or rather adding your touch, otherwise we would stop thinking and just say what others say is right, and Iam not saying it is not, but to agree and give your agreement such a frame otherwise we will end up with only one single framework.....head nods

      In fact, it's too hard for others to discuse in real events. They have the backgrounds, have new ,useful informations, but they can not discuse. So, as I said before,we should motivate them as much as we can. If they wrote any thing , even if it is wrong, we should encourage them, not to blame them. Ask them again and again, Then you will see if they will discuse or not

      how do u know that nobody is listenting . i myself read most of the topics but i don't respond not beacuse i don't have to respod to each topic. also not all peopole are free to read most of them. inaddtion, i read them without responing but i draw attention and try to unerstand and apply them sometime in every day life, so i don't have to respond.
      why do you write?
      i write beacuse i want to improve my skills and take knowlege from others who don't know that i get benefit from reading thier topc
      just take the lessom moral silently      .

      First....forgive me for the late reply...and the reason is that I was away for months..and just arrived

      Going back to the subject

      Well...honest in forums depends upon lots of circumstances. R u a normal member, modirator, supervisor. The topic which is written, does it deserve to reply for it?? does ur reply change anything?? and....bla bla bla

      Here, in Oman0.net my participations are focused in the "Al-Adabiah forum" and my reply there is in three situations

      First: when i find a growing pen trying to step on the ladders, and needs somebody to guide him or her to success in their writings. I will reply for every post belongs to them.. to give them the feeling that somebody is standing with them

      second: When I find somebody respects me.. I will exchange the respect with them by replying to them

      Third: Sometimes ..there are some wonderfull pens, we like to read their words... and we will have the honor to reply in their posts

      Ultimately.... Replies depends on the subject which is written

      Thats All

      I think I'm too late to add my response like always $

      Any way if u want the truth brother when I response in any topic the first thing that I care about is how interesting the topic is and if there is something to discuss but if the topic is boring and the member is inactive with his or her topic I avoid that member and all topics he or she writes

      So it's depend in the member and how he or she chose their topics and how they deal with other members opinion

      That’s all

      Yes dear, you do not have to respond to all topics, and this is true, I don't do it myself

      Dear, are you saying you are there but we do not see you, do you think that is fair? at least say hello, and let us know you are there, let us feel we are in a forum, listen and talk whenever we feel like it or whenever we can

      If you read the comments made by Smart Prince and Anesah Qunbola you would realize that not all topics need responses, and this is how it goes

      And remember, we are all winners when we write, read and interact, it is not only the writer

      And no way I meant personal relationships but forum one that might lead to such favourness and priority

      Sorry I have not covered all your points but honestly Iam glad hearing you and would like to thank you for the time you have given us all at this forum

      I asked why respond to a certain topic, and your reply was honest and showed it depends on the topic and how much it is interesting and who did write it

      But let me ask you this, do we need and have to tell others that their topics are boring, and to try different things and different approach

      I think every one must know their mistakes
      U should tell that person that the topic is boring in a cordial way
      U may send a latter to them but not embarrassing that person in the topic
      I just want ensure something which is, it's not the topic that attract most of readers but how the member deal with others who response in the topic
      Sometime even if the topic is boring but the member is active in the topic and replying to other members responses and discusses every point with them that encourages us to participate in those member topics

      And I will be happy if someone tells me my mistakes especially in English coz I'm here to enhance my language skills but of course in privet$$-e $$-e

    • Well Anesah Qunbola, I never meant spelling mistakes rather topic contents with all it has from ideas to benefit to goals

      We are Arab and English language is a second one, and make sure we do less mistakes than those whose Enlish is a native one

      I think we should differntiate between embarrassing some body and clarify things as we see it as well as state out point of view

      Yes, we tend to respond to friends but I hope it is not the rule

      Could you please forgive me all of you..

      Thanks a lot Tenderness for opening this cause and wondering what makes English section slow and seldom find somebody listen as you described.

      I can't add any more after the reply of The master and Durrah for I am afraid to repeat the same opinions what will make you feel bored, but let me talk about something else.
      Well it is the same feeling that I have when I joined English section. I would say that I really felt depressed to write any more in English section but I decided to not give up so easily. Therefore, if I gave up and so if you did and others the English section will not be existed today and we will not have this kind of discussion here. So, I tried my best to reply in all the topics so I could motivate other members to produce more and to be active more in English section. Alhumdulilah, today the number of English section has increased and they are more productive. We have to be patient and try our best to let English section to be the forum we wish to have.

      And we have to take into considerations that sometimes English section becomes so slow because of the absence of many members and that might be for their studies or lack of time or any other reason. However, the members who will be here I hope that they will cover the absence of others and that what I noticed recently when I was away. You and other members try to activate English section and I really appreciate all your great offers.

      As I hope also that each one of you will try to tell others about English section in order to have more members. I hope you will never stop from participating and try to encourage others because you are one of the active members of this month although they are not going to have the distinguished member for this month.

      I hope that I am not making you feel bored by my points.
      And if you have any criticisms or ideas to develop English section we are all ready to discuss it again and again.

      Thnx alots for welcoming me .. and going back to ur subject, Yahh it is may be funny, but of course the reply will be according to the subject

      By the way, one point I miss, is that the reply also depends up on the MUNTADA itself. Some Forums u can have fun in every reply, and sometimes it goes out of the subject, but belive me it is really enjoyable and makes a fantastic climate as it is ww.Omania.net in Sablat Al-tarweeh

      Sure, we do sometimes respond for the sake of responding, but I guess you are just like me, like every body here can tell why some one is responding

      I have seen some responding to certain names, one gender and one attitude

      I ask every body here to be brief and concise not because it is a must or a demand but to the way others respond to such long topics, and I guess Iam not the only one here to notice that

    • Oh well, and to be honest plus, the first thing that attracts me is the title, I believe it is a kind of art to choose the title for your topic

      I tend not to respond if I see the topic need not such a response, in other words if I think it was there giving some info or guidance

      I have no concern whether the writer was a male or female, and to be honest plus I found out that one of you was a female long long time after I joined in and responded to her topics

      I do not see responding in a tough way that I hate that person, I think our relations, personal could be, has nothing to do with what we each think and see different things

      let us differ, fight, disagree, but by the end of the day we are friends, brothers and sisters, no way we offend personally,


      Well, as I said before on many occasions, sometimes it takes me long time to respond, I mean thinking how my response will be and some other times I just do it on the spot if you know what I mean
