A woman says goodbye in the morning to her husband and her son.
The son drives his father to the airport, and the father gets on a flight to Australia.
On the way back, the son has a terrible car crash, and he is rushed to hospital, where he is taken into the operating theatre for an emergency operation.
The surgeon walks into the operating theatre, looks at the young man, and says, ”Oh, no! I can’t do this operation – somebody else must do it!”
WHY? Why can’t the surgeon operate on the young man؟
