عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال : أوصاني خليلي بثلاث: بصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر، و ركعتي الضحى، وأن أوتر قبل أن أنام
صحيح البخاري
عن عبدالله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "صوم ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر .. صوم الدهر كله"
متفق عليه
عن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا صمت من الشهر ثلاثا فصم ثلاث عشرة، و أربع عشرة، و خمس عشرة"
رواه الترمذي
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من عبد يصوم يوما في سبيل الله إلا باعد الله بذلك اليوم وجهه عن النار سبعين خريفا "
رواه مسلم
فصم أخي الحبيب يوماً شديد الحر لتتق يوماً أحر منه .. ولتعد نفسك ليوم قد لا تجد فيه طعاماً ولا شراباً
مررها لأصحابك .. واكسب الأجر مضاعفا بإذن الله .. فالدال على الخير كفاعله

Abu Said al-Khudri reported that the Messenger of Allah, said: " No servant fasts on a day in the path of Allah except that Allah removes the Hell Fire seventy years further away from his face."
[Bukhari and Muslim]
Abu Tharr Al-Ghefari said: "The Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said "Whoever fasts from every month three days, it is like fasting the whole year "
[Ibn Majah and at-Tirmithi].
So my dear brother fast an extremely hot day, to avoid an even hotter day .. and prepare yourself for a time when no food or water will be there.
