- peel the skin off the potatoes when its done boiling then smash the potatoes
- chopped green chill onion and black pepper
- squeeze half a lemon in to the crab meat then toss the crab meat chopped green chill onion and black pepper on to the smashed potatoes then mix it well then add the coriander leaves

Fresh crab from Masirah
-
u will need
Potatoes
green chill
onion
black pepper
coriander leaves
eggs
bread crumbs
OoOopzeee and Some Crabs -
boil the Potato's 1st
and the crab
-
peel the skin off the potatoes when its done boiling
then smash the potatoes

when the crab's done boiling
remove its shell off

guys now what u got 2 do is only get the white meat out
i know its a bit difficult task but trust me its worth it

chopped green chill onion and black pepper

squeeze half a lemon in to the crab meat
then toss the crab meat chopped green chill onion and black pepper on to the smashed potatoes
then mix it well
then add the coriander leaves

Now make ur self balls from the mixture as shown below

two eggs
and
whisk the eggs

dip the crab balls in to the eggs and then to bread crumb
when u done it should look as this

time 2 fry them

crab is my best food and i don't eat only in bhrain country cheap and i can eat more of them with silent location
