LOST IN THE CROWDS

Lost in the Crowds

Walking alone and trying to penetrate
The great wall which the crowded people built,
Searching for a space
So I could get out from it
And see what is beyond.

Abruptly, I stopped to
Listen and focus in one voice
so my mind could contemplate
in a peace of mind.

There were different sounds; shouting,
whispering, giggling; screaming
which I find hard to listen and focus
in one particular sound.

I tried to search again
and pass the huge crowd of people.
There was something pushing me
to go forward and to be lost in the crowds.

A deep sound was enforcing me
to go to the mysterious future
to discovered the hidden knowledge
which is beyond the huge wall and
neglecting all the risks of being lost in the crowds.

In the last moment, I decided to get back and
stayed where I am waiting the crowds to go away
for I am not ready to be lost in the crowds.

ohhh ... what nice tender words, scream. real nice honestly

I kinda had the exact same feelings last week at the ROP renwing my licsense ... except that i had a little different poem going through my mind at that time... u know, the kind of poems inspired to you in ROP and the ROP s*** heads

Thanks a lot dear Mrs. Unfaithful for your nice reply. When i read your reply, I also remember that i lost my ID card when you mentioned your licence. But thanks Allah that i found it. I was wondering which kind of poems did it comes to your mind?

There is something funny about my words.. I wrote these words before something bad happened to me. I was confused to let myself lost amomng the crowds or not.. Finally, i didn't follow my sense as i wrote in the last line and the consequences was that i was hit by a taxi while i was crossing the road in a strange road and a strange country. Thank Allah that i wasn't injured but i was lost for 1 hour till i found finally my way to the house..

It is really important sometimes to follow our senses and feelings, yet it is also good to have a risk and get experince..

Thanks brother for your reply.. But i don't think i will be in another world because i am just still among the croowds of peple in the reality of this world that we live in..

Hello Scream, very sensational words.. I just like it the way you put your words, so meaningful so thoughtful.. makes me think and imagine when Im lost in the crowd. I hate crowds by the way, it makes me feel so sick and insecured.

Thanks 3gooooz Nwar for your nice reply.. ME too, I hate crowded places.

but sometimes we can not avoid the crowd especially in the roads. My town is very crowded because the suq is near us, so i hate to get by the car. I prefer to go to a place far away from my town to do shopping instead of getting involve in that crowdy street..
