      Hey, here comes a newbie #e

      Well, I'm kinda new to this forum but I'm pretty familiar with English forums.

      Anyway. enough yap-yap-yap ...

      I have a serious issue to consider ...

      I'm writing a research paper on Omanization

      The question I'm trying to answer in my reaserch is :

      ((( What is the best method to accomplish Omanization? )))

      We can't just kick out those expatriates and say "Sayonara, your time is over." ~!@@ad .. We can't just do that. It's gotta go on a certain method to reach the desired goal.\

      If you have any ideas I'd be grateful to hear them. All opinion are welcome.

      a successful way is replacement system, which means that regarded authourities in any institution bring the interested Omani and let the expatriate, who they are intending to terminate his services, train him for a particular limited period so that the new Omani worker can absorb some of his experience. by this way, no great gaps will be found.

      Dear Bright Day,
      I dont think the person meant to steal your topic because obviously he didn't know that we already talked about it. He stated clearly that he is doing a research in the topic and I guess by telling him we discussed, we helped him a lot :) your topic will certainly answer many questions he has, so I guess you should be happy about it and take it easy sugar, let's not misunderstand him without knowing his intentions :)

      Good day Newbie, welcome to the English forum of the sa7ah

      Yeah we did discuss a lot about omanization, but I think Lavender did mention something important that we have been discussing it earlier. Training is important for the Omani employee, however, not all of those omani employees get a fair training by the the expatriate unfortunately... Some of them get upset and wont be honest in giving or passing the knowledge to the Omani employee because they worked hard to reach that level of knowledge, perhaps their intention is to let the omani employee suffer and learn like they did to know their way and reach excellence in their career

      Perhaps you should have a look at the topic that was posted by bright day and if you have any other questions that we havent covered it earlier, then just come and drop it here and surely we will assist you insha'a Allah
