      Good news always make you feel good .. dont they???s

      I have just finished reading it last week, and yesterday i heard on tv that Sony pictures is in the process of filming the GREAT novel "The Da vinci code", by Dan Brown.



      AND
      Tom Hanks has been chosen to star in it in the role of DR. Langdon



      This Novel have made ALOT of controversies and arguments, which in turn made it the best selling novel ever in UK (.5 million coppies), and one of the top best sellers in the US (7 million copies!)i

      Personally, its one of my Best reads for this year. Very VERY interesting. THough i am not a big fan of mysteries, this one was an exception

      If you havent read it yet, DO so.. its amazing

      ahhh... just to see this great plot on screen with the Great Tom Hanks.. is just breath taking

      Just to complete an exciting story i just started to read it yesterday,,

      It is not an English one, this time i tried to break my routin and i went to Alam web site and read one of many interesting stories...

      The name of this story is ) جروحي تنزف احزاني)

      I really enjoyed reading it but I feel guilty for not completing my boring story (Sons and Lovers) ..
      I have to stop reading Alam stories and tries at first to finish my story even if it is boring :confused: , I have to complete what Is started :)

      But seriously, about the da vinci code, if you had the chance read the book, its Amazing (by the way, if you dont like history and religion, then maybe you should NOT read the book !!!!)i

      I love Tom Hanks so much thats what made it double hysteria hehe

      Well, I have to complete it for I determind since the beginning to read all the stories that I bought from the last book exhibition and all these stories are for classic writers..

      I bought different stories for different writers..
      i already now finished reading 4 of them
      Sone and Lovers are the fifth and there are still 3 more..

      I am intending to read them all for I want to know the style of each writer ( That was my main reason) for this might help me to do my Master degree in Literature inshalah :)

      I will try to go back to it today inshallah and hope I will end it soon..
      Sometimes, the end of stories shocked you for you never except that the end will be at that way,,
      So, I have to discover what will be the end of (SONS AND LOVERS)

      Mashallah you seem to have set a mission ro accomplish.. good luck.. with all of them :)

      whenever you decide to get a book, its always helpful to read the reviews about it, because sometimes the title could be misleading.. given that you havent read for the author of course

      But then again, its also nice to explore... not everything reviews (and people) say should match your personal taste :)i

      By the way, what is the address of the site you're reading the arabic story from??s

      I don't recommand you to start reading any story there unless you are free.. Because if you started reading one of the stories You would like to not go any place and finish it for the stories are so exciting and interesting :)

    • Now that sounds like an interesting moveie.. braking the da vinci code.. when you said code and Scream use for a lot, it reminds me so much of programming because we use the for keyword in loops and honestly Scream it makes me feel dizzy.. hehe, no hard feelings

      Swordfish was one of the things that made me so interested in watching it but it was alright, not as good as I expected except for the encrypting part of it and breaking the security firewalls

      Hmmm, so many movies coming hey.. there is a movie coming soon, Penelope Criuz and Salma Hayek act in it and look like texas girls.. and another movie I cant remember was being reviewed on ET (entertainment tonight)

      That is a TV program by the way

      Yes my dear, Im serious.. Imagine yourself having one of those gold class couches where you can stretch your legs on, have the lights off, get those different shaped speakers on the corner of the room and near the Screen, having a 30 or 50 inch screen, SONY of course, and a SONY DVD Player, have your popcorn ready, get the kids out so they dont annoy you while watching, have the remote control in your hand and relax. Oh yeah, do forget to turn on the Air Con. I tried that before and it's just awsome

      I love going to the theatres of course, but only if the movie worth watching it there, otherwise im not hassling myself to go there. Plus, I do not like travelling all the way from home to the theatres even if they are 5 minutes drive because I get car sickness :P weird, eh!!? hmmm life is beautiful

      I didnt know that many people hate the novel, but I guess because jewish are involved in it and thats it :P

      Even though its ALL about marriage and engagements.. kind of in a cheesy way.. but it was very different ... a fun read.. and i liked it... it had so many nice and meaningful thoughts in between

      i also read
      عطني من وقتك دقايق
      (dont rememebr the exact name) but this story was so Stupid... ... lol.. its even cheesiar than the first story.. ewww.. and the imarati accent is just .. e7m.. nevermind
      But you know sometimes its good to read stupid stories.. kind of like varying the points of view

      Mashallah MRs. Unfaithful., it seems that you get interested in reading these stories. I also read another story and it called دوم بجبه ..
      It is written in UAE accent but I found this story very very very silly, so don't read it.
      I also finished reading قمر خالد
      It is the longest till now and it is also a good one but i felt bored in the end because everyone in the story is getting married..
      I loved mostly جروحي تنزف احزاني
      because it discusses many social problems about girls and boys who talk together through the phone.. And it emphasises in the end of this dirty way between guys and girls..

      I was really influenced by the heroin of this story BASmah and she really let me cry many times, did you also cry in the story :P , Or it is just me the sensetive girl #j

      noo.. she made me mad
      She could have spoken up many times and prevented the problems.. but she choses to act passive and vulnerable and miskeena.. and never stood up for herself infront of her uncle.. this type makes me furious

      But I do agree .. good story nontheless :) :)

      How lovely that you are finally going to watch the movie that You waited since long time. I read a lot about this movie anb I do have the book stored in my little beautiful library, but I haven't the chance till now to read it. $
      While I was reading a summary about this book and its author, I felt that it is going to be complicatecd in reading and I have to focus in reading and never stop. I usually read a book to the end continousely when I have a long holiday and go to some lovely place where I could enjoy the weather and have a good mood to read.

      Maybe if I am not able to finish reading this book before it is shown in the theater, I will postpone watching the movie and watch it later on DVD. That is the only choice I have. :)

      I hope that you will enjoy watching the movie the same way you enjoyed reading its book. Please tell us your comments regarding the movie and the book at the same time.
