It is very impolite to let others do your work. You should have managed your time well earlier to give yourself some time to do your work. This forum is no place for providing free-resources. I suggest that you write it in arabic and then try to use simple words to express your ideas

Make sure your whatever it is, well structured that is having an introduction, body and conclusion and organise your ideas

Second, I understand that we should help each other, and I think his work is going to be big. If he really knows what he is talking about then he can do it. I dont believe in lazy people, but I believe in people who doesnt want to try or work

I dont think Im being tough on him, I think I made myself clear plus I gave him some advice on what he should do and it is totally up to him to take my advice or chuck it in the bin.. it's his work not mine and when Allah asks us then it is not my problem, but it is my duty to let people know that they are doing something wrong
