سكانر من نوعية "BenQ"

      بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

      السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

      أهداني والدي- أطال الله في عمره- سكانر قبل أسبوعين تقريبا من نوعية "BenQ”" وعملت سكاننك للأكثر من صورة والحمد لله
      لكن الأسبوع الماضثي عندما أردت ان اعمل سكانر ما رضت تشتغل وظهرت ها الرسالة:
      Scanner is not found!
      Please check if “
      1. Scanner power is on
      2. Cable is firmly connected
      وبعدها اعمل Ok
      ومن ثم تظهر الرسالة الثانية:
      There is a TWAIN error. Maybe the device is not connected . OK.

      فما الحل في نظركم؟
      علما اني لم افصل الوايرات أو اغير في السيستم..........

      في البداية اعتذر اخي العزيز عن التأخر في الرد ..

      بالنسبة لمشكلتك مع السكانر ، فانا حقيقة ما عندي اي فكرة عن سبب حدوثها..
      ولكن مع مثل هذي الاجهزة ، حدوث مثل هذه المشاكل صار لا يستلزم التسفير في كثير
      من الاحيان!!!

      على العموم، جرب انك تشيل الدرايفر وتعيد تركيبه ، طبعا راح تحتاج الى السيدي الخاص بالسكانر..

      جربت الطريقة السابقة وهي إعادة تركيب الدرايفر من جديد وتثبيته من أول وجديد أيضا ولكن كما يقال لا حياة لمن تنادي ... نفس الرسالة تظهر وهي خطا في تايوان........

      فما الحال.؟؟؟؟؟؟

    • جرب الحل التالي...

      روح على المسار التالي:

      c:\WINDOWS

      وابحث عن المجلدات التالية:

      Twain
      Twain_32

      وايضا الملفات التالية:

      twain.dll
      twain_32.dll


      في احتمال انك ما تحصل المجلد Twain ، المهم ، قم باعادة تسمية المجلدات والملفات السابقة...
      يعني عطها اي اسم ثاني ، او قم باضافة حرف او رقم على الاسم الحالي...

      ايضا اذا كنت ركبت اي برنامج مع السكانر ، اعمله Uninstall ..

      بعد ذلك قم باعادة تركيب الدرايفرز للسكانر والبرنامج اللي جاء معها...

      وشوف اذا انحلت المشكلة...

      شكرا مرة آخرى وسأجرب هذه الطريقة حين عودتي لبيتنا الثاني إن شاء الله نهاية الأسبوع واعذرني ان كنت سأتأخر عليك في الرد التالي لعدم توفر السكانر لدي حاليا

      آسفة جدا على التأخير في الرد ..............
      بحثت كما قلت لي في C: Windows about Twain & I found 10 files which are:
      twain.dll,
      twain-32
      twain-32.dll,
      ,Twain-32
      TWAIN0ds,
      Twain-32.dll.mui,
      Mi Twain.dll
      Mi Twain.dll&
      Twain-32

      After that, when I open it this message is appeared:
      You are attempting to open a file of type ‘Application Extension’ (.dll)
      These files are used by the operating system and by various programs. Editing or modifiying them could damage your system. If you still want to open the file click Open With, otherwise click Cancel

      So, what shall I do?
      And thanks a lot before , May Allah help you at all……

    • مرحبا...

      اختي العزيزة، لاحظي انه ما في داعي لفتح الملفات، كل ما تحتاجين الى
      القيام به هو إعادة تسميتها، اي عملية Rename

      ie, You will have a Folder with the name

      Twain_32

      rename this folder to any other name or just add a letter or something to its current name


      then go to the files

      twain.dll
      twain_32.dll

      do the same thing with them, ie rename them

      take note that you only need to rename the above folder and two files


      After doing this all you need to do is to Uninstall any programs you installed to operate the scanner and it might be a good idea to uninstall the driver too. Then go back and Install them all over again and see what happens!! Am not totally sure that this solution will solve your problem, but its something worth while trying. Tell me how things go and we'll see if something else need to be done

    • Dear the Master:

      I did probably what did you say word by word.
      Then when I install the hardware again this message is appeared:
      “The software you are instilling has not passed Windows Logo testing to verity its compatibly with Window XP ( Tell me why this instilling is important)
      Cantoning your instillation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operating of your system either immidentily or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommodans that you stop this instillising now and connect the software vendor for software that has passed Windows Logo testing.
      Continue any way Stop instillation “

      When I put Stop instillation the program instill automatically , I don’t know how?
      Later on, I scanned one picture & the old message came out again “ Error in Taiwan “!!!!!!!!!!!!
      Also, this message:
      “The computer cannot detected the scanner or camera. Please make sure the device is turned on and is probably connected to the computer OK.”

      So, what do you think is the best with this scanner ????????

      Once more am really sorry for taking so long to get back to you

      For some reason i was not able to track down the Model Number you gave me, and since
      my own knowledge is quite limited in regards to your problem, i contacted the manufacturing
      company (BenQ) a few days ago and still waiting for their reply on the matter

      i was hoping i can do more to help, but sadly i can't

      i will get back to you as soon as i get a reply from the company

      الحل كان عن طريق إعادة تشغيل البرنامج مرة ثانية ~!@q .. لا تستغربوا فقد جربتها أكثر من مرة وها المرة فلحت والحمد لله .... :)

      إن شاء الله ما تتعور أجهزتكم في المستقبل القريب .....آمين
