في اطار احتفالات جامعة السلطان قابوس بيومها السنوي والذي يصادف يوم الاحد الموافق 3 /5 / 2015م
فقد دأبت الجامعة على تكريم الموظفين والأكاديمين والطلاب الحاصلين على جوائز عالمية واقليمية ومحلية وفق الشروط الآتية:
أن تكون الجائزة قد منحت خلال المدة من 1 /3 / 2014م لغاية 31 /3 / 2015م
وتطبق شروط هذا البند من بداية شهر مارس من كل عام إلى نهاية شهر مارس من العام التالي للأعوام القادمة.
لا يكرم الباحث من قبل الجامعة لأكثر من بحث خلال العام نفسه.
أن يتم تقديم ما يثبت حصوله على الجائزة.
لا يشمل التكريم العضوية في الهيئات والمنظمات.
لا يتم اعتبار المسابقة أو الجائزة المحلية ما لم يتم الإعلان عنها في وسائل إعلام محلية.
أن ترتبط الجائزة بالتخصص العلمي للطالب أو أعضاء الهيئات الأكاديمية والإدارية والفنية.
لا يشمل التكريم للبوسترات الفائزة في المعارض والمؤتمرات.
فمن يجد نفسه مستوفياً لتلك الشروط يرجى التقدم لدائرة العلاقات العامة والإعلام (قسم الاحتفالات والمؤتمرات) مصحوباً بالوثائق الأصلية التي تثبت حصوله على تلك الجائزة
وأن أخر موعد لتسليم تلك الوثائق يوم الخميس 2 /4 /2015 م

Announcement
In the event of Sultan Qaboos University Day celebration on Sunday 3, May 2015, the University seeks to honor staff, academics and students who received global, regional and local awards according to the following conditions:1. Award must be granted during the period from 1/03/2014 up to 31/03/2015, this condition will be apply from the beginning of March of each year to the end of March of the following year for the coming years.2. A researcher will not be honored by the University for more than One Research during the same year.3. Applicant must provide proof of the award.4. Honoring does not include memberships in any authorities or organizations.5. The competition or local award will not be considered unless they are announced in the local media as an authorized competition.6. The award must be linked to the scientific specialization of the students, faculty members, administrators and technicians.7. Honoring does not include the winning posters in exhibition and conferences.
Those who fulfill the criteria of the award may apply to the Public Relations and Information Department (Celebrations and Conferences Section) along with the original documents. The deadline of submission the documents is Thursday2 April 2015. For more details call ext:5522-5523-5524.
