While i was studying last night there was something on tv all about how talking in a specific way has become the "fashion". For example, when some people talk they say something as if its a question rather than just how it should be said...for example instead of saying: "I might go to the cinema." they say "I MIGHT GO TO THE CINEMA?".... i
Some people(in uk especially) also forget that bottle actually has 2 t's in it and the same as later they forget that it has a letter t in it. That way of talking actually makes me angry because its as if some people have become too lazy to actually pronounce the word correctly. i
Same as in text messages, rather than texting the correct word they'll abreviate it...or they'll send a message with No abbreviations whatsoever. i
So my point is, has talking become another way of expressing "fashion"....are we following a verbal fashion trend here?? i
