      Hi everyone,
      I just though to come here and share you what i am thinking about almost in the last days.
      Have you ever though to do a project in your life and did you start planning for it or you are still thinking that you can not go over it.!!

      You may wonder, which kind of project i am talking about?
      This project might be a bussiness for you, or a project where you could through offer some studies or whatever you might think about it.

      So, let us see all what are our projects that in some moments we though about it and what were the reasons that let us think about it ? :)
      I AM REALLY so excited to hear your projects, of course i will tell you mine after I found your replies. ~!@q

      you know what...............about my project which i wish always to do one day is publishing my own book which will include children stories or not a book but a series of stories:D...i used to write stories when i was a child since i was 12 years old but for i have no leisure time i quit when i started to care about my study~!@d~!@@aj ........or may be because i no longer can write stories~!@j

      i always say that i will start to edit them but i keep myself bussy with other stuff:020108_em...
      i don't know when i will start to do the editing first before publishing ............but i wish that i will have time in the future to do this step.

      Through out my days, i had so many projects .... and i will be honest and give myself credit that i didnt find any difficulty "starting" a project... But i was very bad at being patient and strong to continue with it... so i just let go
      Do I regret it? yes.. its not only to start the first step on the ladder... but to have the strong will to continue until we reach the top... sometime, we get scared, impatient or we simply give up on ourselves
      the worste thing is to start a "project".. any project.. Business, Social, Acadamic... with a preconception that "You are going to fail".... because with this idea in your head.. you'll defininately believe it and sure enough you will give up because you believe you'll fail

      :) My project now is to complete graduate school
      I still havent put my feet on the first step... But i am pretty confident that (inshallah) i will make it... I just have to stop being lazy and arrange for it :).... and with all the feelings of regret when i stopped and gave up on my previous projects.. i know i will not give up on this one.. because i know how the taste of disappointment is and i dont want to have it again!!i

      Wow, a lovely project with many hopes and i am sure you will be a famous writer one day since you have the talent and passion of writing while you were 12 :) ..

      As you said, you just have to find time to go over your stories and start editing and organizing them. But, why don't you start sharing it with us here so It can by your first first step in the ladder to publish your book |a .

      I also like writing so much but i am not that much in writing. I just have one try in writing story
      I finished from it, but I didn't do the final step which is editing it. I am waiting a friend to edit it for me so I could share it with you here in Fun and Arts section.
      So, i will also wait some of your lovely stories but did you write in Arabic or English ?

      It is rally lovely to have the chance again to do your high studies and I am sure it will need from us a lot of sacrifies.
      I think here in Oman it is a little complicated and some organizations or some parts of the government because you could hardly have part time or away from work to get your high studies and as you said sometimes we do have the sensation of being shocked and put in a delma of depression.
      few months ago, I was almost falling in this delma but i decided to not give up easily and take the first step in the ladder and do the IELTS exam in order to prepare myself at anytime to do my high studies. And I hope inshallah it will be very soon and this is one of my old projects :)

      i am going to tell you the project that came to my mind few weeks ago and i am still thining about it and is it possible for me to do it oneday ~!@q ?!!


      I can say it is a bussiness project and also to me it is still a dream till now that I am going inshallah to work on it step by step and it may take from me many years to achieve it.

      My project is about opening an Institution to teach forigners Arabic :)

      I noticed that many forigners are trying to learn Arabic but they don't know where should they go and most of them look for Arabic teachers in order to learn Arabic.
      Besides, I know a Japanees friend who told me that she is going to Demashque in order to learn Arabic there.
      So, I start to think it is really disappointing that forigners are trying to learn Arabic but there aren't too many institution here in Oman to teach Arabic.
      SO, that is my future project and i am starting since now to think about it and it good to encourage forigners to learn Arabic :)

      Not only foreigners will benefit from this institute, but also A LOT of Omanis whom their first language is not Arabic and they really are an embarrassment when they carry an Omani … GCC... Passport and they don’t speak Arabic well

      Sorry I don’t want to sound mean… but this is the truth…
      As you have said, a lot (if not all) of the foreigners would really like to learn Arabic… Having the institute will be an excellent choice for them to learn it professionally…
      I strongly encourage your project, as an idea…
      But of course you’ll have to think of it busine$$-wise before taking it into action

      Well, I had many several projects in my life. I'll just talk about one of them.

      I have many dreams but I hope that through this institution, I could help people who converted to Islam and wants to learn Arabic in order to know how to read Quran at least.
      I am still dreaming but I will follow this dream step by step inshallah :)

      Your projects very nice and reflects you’re your personality. You are very ambitious and hard working because you want to do a great and noble thing which is teaching the Arabic language to the foreigners . but do you think that there are so many foreigners who wants to learn Arabic that you strongly put in mind the idea of establishing an institution to teach Arabic ? Do you think that you can secure the money required for that ? or do you have enough experience to go through such a business ?
      Any way before you put your foot on the first step you have to do an intensive and careful study of all the aspects and attitudes of the project and have an experienced person with you who will lead you throughout your project .

      Thanks pathfinder for your inqiuries about my project. Yes, I do thought about it clearly but as i mentioned before it is a dream till now because I have to study this dream very careful from different sides. Today, I was telling my father that I intended to do my MBA ( Master in Bussiness and Admestiration)) he asked me why because he knew that this major is totally away from my major. I told him that doing my MBA might help me in my future projects and he just laughed and wished me all luck. I think I will need 4- 5 years to prepare for my poject because it is not that easy but i am always trying to say it is very easy to do it so I could give myself a hope for success :) .

      YOu asked me how I knew that forigners would love or like to learn Arabic, well I met some foriegner colleages in my work who were trying very hard to learn Arabic and each one of them has his own teacher because we don't have an institution to teach Arabic.
      Besides, the other reason, we do hear that many people are converting to Islam everyday and I once was listenning to FM Radio and it was a lovely programm done by the great lecturer Khalfan Al-Aisery and he was talking about Islam in a lovely way. ANyway, one of the callers called and told him that he wanted to convert to Islam and he started asking him if he ready and he replied by yes. So, he told him to pronounce AlShadah after him and the caller did that. Then, he told him to go to Sultan Qaboos Grand mosque to have some instructions about praying and so on.
      However, the question is here that he will learn everything about ISlam but he has also to learn Arabic in order to be able to read Quran so in last he has to find someone to teach him. It is lovely if we tried to spread our language as the English and American people doing the impossible to spread their language to be the international language. So, let us all dream together and try to spread our Arabic language. :)

      I do hope you dont loose your motivation to get an MBA... and please dont loose the motivation for this great project... it would be an amazing thing... and i am sure it would be a success... as i told you.. in addition to the foriegners, alot of omanies and arabs who dont speak arabic well would benefit from that too.. its such a great idea

      But one piece of advice, dont associate learning-arabic with learning Islam. Millions of true Mulsims dont speak arabic.. that didnt effect thier religion... and again.. Maybe a Christian or a Hindu would love to learn Arabic regardless of Islam.. so they shouldnt be pressured in the idea that Arabic=islam

      This week I decided to do my MBA and today inshalah i am going to attend a lecture for Hull university regarding having my MBA with them. Wish me luck :) .

      But regarding your point that Forigner Muslims don't have to learn Arabic I think I don't agree with you. I know that they know how to read but they just read the translation of it. I once met a Muslim forigner through the chatting in yahoo and he told me that he envy us because our language is Arabic and we could read quran easily more than them while they have to look for the translation to understand it. I know it is the same with us because sometimes we do refer to some books to explain some ayat but at least we are better then them.

      Hi dear scream. Thank you for your comment on my reply. I appreciate your way of thinking and your insisting on climbing the ladder and reach the last step. Any way my current project doesn't exceed the project of a newly-employed young man. It's a project which every young man will go through although many would not consider it as a project. I think you may have recognized what is that. Yes if you said marriage, then you have come across the right thought. Marriage is a project in my point of view because when you think of marriage you plan for many things. First of all, you have to plan for the specifications of your life partner ……. It's of course different from one person to another ……. Mine should be educated …… high standard of morals …… and of course beautiful. Another important matter that I have to pay attention is to save up a good amount of money for the dowry and the wedding party as they are becoming more costly those days…….I'm just thinking if there are any marriage offers ,for example " marry one and get another for free" Oh, don’t take it seriously I was just kidding . Any way these are the most important points for this project I think. Another future project that I am having thoughts of it from time to time is to study in order to improve my career situation or if not, just to have it for myself as you know learning is a light ……

      You are right dowry is very expensive for some young men in some regions in Oman and this is one obstacle in the way of marriage . I hope that fathers will become aware of this point because its a benifit for both wife and husband

    • a great topic makes me rturn to my dream that i wish to fulfill..........................i always dream about serving my religion "ISLAM" in anyway i can..............actually since i started learning English as my major i have thought about inviting unmusliems to convert islam, of course it will be in English.....but itis still a thought ...i found it very difficult to do such thing unless i am mastered Islam in every aspects of it...............but now i developed this thought to be constructing a school for this purpose..........

      actully i always think about doing something that noone have ever done in our society ...........always i dream of doing charity projects that wil be put in my account for alhayah- afte......................................

      It is a noble project and may Allah bless you in doing it. I always wanted to do the same and invite some non-muslims to Islam or at least to correct the misunderstood conception of Islam for them.I know that it is very important to be well known about the aspects of Islam so you could use them while you are attemping to discuss Islam with them, however, you can start from the simple aspects of Islam. If you noticed that they are interested mmore about Islam try to guide them to the right person who could tell them more about Islam.

      I like so much the style of The great Omani lecturer Khalfan Al-3isary because he has a very a wonderful style in lecturing and present Islam in a simple way. I really wish if I could have his talent. I knew that he is also talking the dutch fluently. may Allah bless him and all the people who are just like him.
