Er\sie\es= he \she\it …..in order
Sie \sie =you(polite form)\they….see the difference the first one is capital .

-Ich heiBen herr Mohammed(i called mohammed)...r
this answer for men only the word Herr related to men
2- Ich heiBe frau(i called Mariam)
this answer for ladies
the last one for family name as i wrote
