Today im gonna show u guys to make fried chicken Kinky Style

cut it into 2 and make sure to leave the skin with it
-
then get some all purpose flour
-
Corn Flour
+
Sugar
+
Chilly Powder
+
Seasoning
+
Black pepper
&
Garlic powder
-
then mix it all with the all purpose flour
-
two eggs with fresh milk
n
whisk it well
-
dip the chicken in 2 the egg n milk 1st
get it nice n soaked
-
after , dip it in the flour mix
-
dip it back again in the egg milk and the flour mix
SooOOo nOow ur done with the coating n it should lOook like this

i use the deep fryer but if u don't have 1 no worries get a big nonstick pan n enough oil 2 it and get it to 180C
until it warm up im gonna chop some white onion 4 onion rings
then do the same with the onion

let fry the chicken now
LOooOok hoOow its golden brown & crispy
