    This article has been a great issue for me
    because it discusses a serious problem which is common nowadays. Insomnia is still one of the main problems with the students. It is the worst problem which spreading very fast during these days. Insomniaespecially the factors that contribute to it, is psychology and physical problem, and its solution is personal and social. As we know that a lot of people in many othercommunities worth they are developed or advanced suffer from insomnia. Moreover,they lose billions of dollars of money as a result of it. Why do you think that happened to these communities? That happened because, the factors which cause insomnia were not attacked, only the symptoms. Therefore, when we want to discussthis problem, we should discuss them in many aspects which include insomnia definition, its causes, its types and what shall we do in order to help the students to cure from this problem or reduce its effects on their daily life. Insomnia is a condition when we have poor sleep or have trouble sleeping at night. Insomnia has psychological causes such as anxiety or depression, physical causes such as illness or pain, temporary events and other causes such as environmental noise. Impairment of daytime functioning and social communication are the most common symptoms of insomnia. It affects in the studying of the students and that affect production. They lose concentration in the class and they feel extremely tired during the lectures. Besides, the causes and the affects of insomnia there is treatment which has offer to reduce them. For instance, they should take some herbs like valerian root, passion flower and ginger. The other important treatment depends on the person habits. For example, avoid all foods and drinks containing caffeine close to bedtime. Moreover, if the person cannot sleep, he can get up and do some quiet activity. Only return to bed when he is sleepy. People should do this as many times in a night as necessary. And the most important thing is reading Holy Koran to get some peace in their mind.




    Recommendations


    People should try to change their daily routine including better sleep habits if
    their life style not suitable and if it affects their health. Moreover, people need to
    know that when they find themselves active and alert that means they took enough
    sleep without looking to how many hours they slept. Furthermore, when people face
    some difficulties or sadness in their life, their bodies need to sleep more than when
    they are happy and comfort. However, primary insomnia can be resolved without
    treatment if the person can stop its cause especially if he can correct the problem
    soon after it starts. For example, if environmental noise is causing his insomnia,
    wearing earplug may cause his insomnia to go away. For chronic insomnia, the doctor
    may recommend a type of counseling called cognitive behavioral therapy
    In addition, to understand why people suffer from insomnia, the important thing is to stop
    thinking about life stuff as something very important and stop thinking
    about what will happen next. And, they do not have to worry a lot about their future
    because the destiny is controlled by God and this life is just a trip. Nobody knows all
    its steps. Moreover, people should think about the happy and valuable things that God
    gave them and enjoy the small things in their life. Why we worry about our future
    since we have the pen to draw it and the paint to color it as we want! Moreover, the
    most important thing is to trust God and he never leave his people alone. Anyhow,
    when life become harder and harder the clarity of mind is the best thing which can
    save people. Moreover, the best thing people should do is making good things in their
    life and help the others who have difficulties, as possible as they can because, one
    good turn deserves another. In addition, we sometimes see that our life full of grey
    clouds and the darkness surrounded us and spread fear and weakness within our
    world. However, we should seek for help and fight to escape from this frightful
    world. Furthermore, we must look for the light to follow it not just give up and stay
    till the end and the darkness swallow us and destroy our dreams. We fight to reach
    our exalted goals which like the shining star can light up our world. In my opinion,
    insomnia is still serious problem and it remains an obstacle to livens a good life and
    achieving people's dreams. As I always believe, where there is a will there is a way
    and we should find the right way to reach what we want.
