I do not go for rice and hareesah for dinners, no way
Last week, and it is true, had Qabooli for dinner at a semi-party. I wished it was nightmares only, but I was upside down
Our neighbours came the following morning to see mother and see the new cow we bought

By the way Mrs Unfaithful, I'll tell you a secret, for me it doesnt really matter if its lunch time or dinner, if I feel like having something, then i will have it. Normally I'd eat something like majboos or pasta early in the morning and lunch time, and if im really hungry then I will have the same thing at night. I eat fatty food and food that has alot of carbo's. You don't know how obsessed with food I am

Mrs Unfaithful, I dont like diets!! It's all about choosing what to eat and I think at this stage I do need these sort of food. I know they may accumilate fat in the body later on but trust me, it doesnt stay there, can you believe that I've been trying for the last 6 years to gain weight and keep it stable? Everytime I gain couple of KGs, I lose them in a week or so. That's how active I am

Plus I do exercise so Im healthy I guess

I remember one of the doctors I met, told me that we can eat whatever we want whenever we want, if we are careful about how to eat it and then burn it

You know what? sometimes we have dinner twice here, because we have dinner at around 6 or 7pm and then another one at 12 if we are still awake!!!i And no matter how much we eat at night, we wake up in the morning so hungry as if we had nothing for a week.. LoL

Time for me to eat

LoL Mrs Unfaithful, no really I meant it in a nice way, but I guess I wasnt nice in saying it. I meant you like to know everything and this is not a bad thing at all. I like people seeking knowledge

Exercises that we all need to do are cardio, total body and they are the most effective ones that make the body stronger. But there is another type of exercise, i forgot its name and you have to do them before cardio, then you have the stretching stage when you are done, i should have specialised in leisure and exercise science

I eat two dinner because I get hungry quickly, I eat up to 5 meals a day. Every meal is not a small portion, it's a normal portion that any person would eat, I think the more you burn energy, the more you tend to eat to balance what you lost from your body

Burning up is not only confined to how much you move, or how much you work, I am dying to add few kgs, all in vain. It right I work a lot and think a lot but a doctor told me that I burn a lot, why? simply my body is that kind of a body that burns

Anyway, can any here advise me on a certain diet to gain weight fast, all I need is 4-5 Kgs, I am not bad though weight wise, I believe I am ok but mother always nagging

I eat a lot though, fruites, milk, nuts, but my main meal is not rice

Please help, some one out there asking me to marry her and mother says NO untill I gain them 5 Kgs

Tenderness, as far as I know exercising is not for losing weight, I had to undertake a special exercise program to gain 4 KGs, it's all about doing the exercises that builds muscles in your body to make it strong, to be m3athel of course, that's not what I meant, but you need a lot of energy, although your body already burns food/energy

You need to work out your muscles and have a stronger body and that's it. It worked perfectly nice with me. Im not sure if you can find specialists in Oman though but sure you will find something on the internet if you do a tiny research in gaining weight in a healthy way!!i

PEANUTS
It did not work for me, didn't I tell I'm Super . I do not think I'm going to body building, and not interested in wrestling or boxing

One more advice I had is just eat, eat, and eat, good solution but I wonder what to do when I have no appetite to do so

The Ghost, whi is this Usama, a hacker or something? or just websites destroyer

The Ghost, I guess we entered a new era here with all them great people around and sticking to topics and titles is no more a rule
let us say what we feel with mutual respect

Tenderness, NaWar is absolutely right. Working-out is not only for loosing weight or gaining HUGE musles, it does gives you strength and energy. And with increased strength, your body requires more fuel, so your appetite will increase to satisfy the fuel required.

Any Gym in Oman they have a personal trainer, and he can give you the right program that would work just fine with your type of body and with the goals that you have in mind.

Who told you to gain weight you have to eat, eat, and eat??? .. with that what you'll be gaining is bad-fats, bad-carbs.. and unhealthy weight gaining could contribute to diabetes, high Cholestrol, and flabby parts all over you....

Gym Gym Gym, working-out, is the optimum solution,,,, if that was accomplished, THEN you can eat whatever you want and you'll gain hell alot of weight.

i know,, bla bla bla, but i cant resist, i love these stuff about health and working out.

oh and by the way, dont ever consider Mother's opinion. Their definition of healthy is to be fat basically.
my mom used to be like that too... and thank god she didnt get to me to make me fat.. but i got to her and gave her a lecture... and now she excersies alot and is VERY careful what she eats... mashllah 3aleeha.. she is a good student. (or maybe i nagged too much on her head)

LoL Tenderness, man you are something.. Now as Mrs Unfaithful said, wokring and building body doesnt mean you do so for wrestling. It's having a healthy body not a HUGE body!! Because even when you over exercise, that may cause undesired results

Trust me, if you do a self research about it, you won't lose anything more than time in finding something useful!! There are many articles about nutrition and exercises, their types and what task that is suitable for a certain goal

I agree with you to some extent about eating, that comes when you exercise only because you will be wasting energy and you need to eat to burn again.. la takel o t9eer kabat

Tenderness, I wouldnt accept an unhealthy man, even if he was the richest person on earth. Not denying that you guys are facing a lot of problems in relation to financial state but health is very important too
