      As you all know that a danish newspaper has recently published a caricatures illustrating our prophit Mohammed peace be upon him in unpleasant situations , like wearing a turban full of bombs that are about to explode which represents that Muslims are terrorists . And in another caricature is prophit Mohammed leading a donky and this represents the uncivilized situation of the Islamic nation .
      Now I don't think that anyone is satisfied with this insult to our prophit and our religion
      Let's all of us target Their products
      Boycott Danish products
      SUNTOP
      SUNCOLA
      ANCHOR(MILK - BUTTER
      AND OTHERS

      But I believe that boycott and other similar ways are the only language that they can understand

      Now , anyone else will think thousands of times before he/she attempts to do something like that coz the consequences will be sooooo bad

      Yet boycott and demonstrations send a very strong warning message to those who might offend our religion

      Ideal and perfect solution is always hard to reach in reality life , boycott is not the ideal solution but it is the only one

      I mean if u think boycott is not a solution

      But what is the alternative

      secondly,

      In such issues, we have to be understanding of other cultures and people

      In our religion, its FORBIDDEN to have pictures of prophets , but in others, its OK....

      Secondly, caricatures is a way of stating your political opinion, dont you see even our news papers have caricatures of Bush, Sharon, and other polititians?

      ok ... now we would think
      why did they choose a religious figure if the intention is political?i


      Dont you see the terrorists around when they commit thier murders and crimes .. they do them in the name of ISLAM

      thahts why.. we have to understand the roots of such acts (the carucatures) and we have to work on changing them ... this have to be as a wake up call for us Muslims that the worls does not have a correct perception of Muslims and Islam

      instead of acting like ignorants , with the boycott, the riods, the burnings and destroying of things

      we should act more civilized in handling such things from non-muslims


      If we truly love our prophet we should imitate him noble ways of dealing with anti-islamic acts

      if the prophet burned and killed and smashed every single entity that talked bad about Islam or that said something bad about Isalm

      then Islam wouldnt be the greatest religion with over a billion muslim around the World

      Our reactions towards the Danish insult is NOT giving them the message that we want to give


      What we want them to know is:

      Respect Other religions and respect prophets
      Islam does NOT teach terrorism .. but Islam is a religion of peace


      But instead, with our *actions* we are showing them
      that what they THINK is TRUE
      we are showing them we are ignorants who dont know how to react in a
      civilized convincing way


      Its time for us to show them actions, but in a constructive, not distructive way

      We dont want them to HATE us MORE
      we want them to respect us and to respect our religion
      from thier own will
      and not by destroying thier economy, thier flag, thier embassies etc

      How you can say the boycotting of Danish product is not the right way ?

      Ok Islam didn’t teach us violence but Islam taught us how to retrieve our rights.

      Don’t you think that Israelis are terrorist they killed our brothers and sisters in Palestine

      Violance and boycotting are POLITICAL ways of proving points, not SPIRITUAL

      Islam has become like a term that refers to an Army or something

      it lost the true meaning... the magical.. beautiful ... peacful true Islam that brought people around the world to it in the days of our prophet


      I think we, muslims, have to clear ourselves from hatred, grudges, revenges and Anger ... before we can deal with defending our beloved religion more accurately


      At the end...... what we ALL want is to strengthen our Islam... but we have to start from within ourselves

    • of course we are suffering , dont like such bad behavour . I think Buycott their products is not a soluation. In fact if we look at the caricaters and their illustration didn't give the personality of our propht (Muhomad), also I want express some thing elso no one saw our prophit. the westren community is misunderstanding of the muslim nation all of them related to the terrerest groups that appeared today . At this time we have to work on the islam prensiples and show to the western society . they want By this caricaters our reaction expoit us.

      being an arab muslim doesnt mean i become a goat and follow whatever is done in the name of my religion regardless whether i agree with it or not


      And by the way,
      there are 100s of Danish Muslims, i dont know why we fail to recognize that the world is much bigger than our narrow minded view

      Who are we to dehumanize people and actually believe that we have the right to do that??s

      being Danish doesnt make me a less human than being Omani or american or indian or whatever
