the goal of this essay is to give the students of xxxxx class some information about the effect of omanisation in the private sector.

body: in this part, you will go over the points that have an effect of your topic, and it will be better to orgainize them by the importance

if its a case study, you are going to write in the body part about the case or the problem

identification: omanisation is a policy followed by omani govenment in order to substitute forieners by omanis. it is controlled by the ministry of ...

then talk about the points based on their importance

the pros and cons : you will write the advantages and disadvantages of your topic

or a comparision if its needed

your point of view if needed

conclusion where you will highlight the main points and give a conclusion sentense that confirm your goal
