Do you think it's a waste of time or an oportunity to know others?

everone should state his/her point of view followed by the reasons of

regarding to FACEBOOK

I am toooootally against it

once u post there , u have to forget some thing called privacy

even ur personal information and even ur own Personal computer P.C

u r jeopardizing it

I have seen many time on many TV programmes and how facebook turn their lives up side down

especially for us as girls

if u r really concern about ur own life and privacy , then this website is not the place

the reply is always " you can manage your profile and make all the personal information not to be seen by others

and here is the problem

the information that the person hides is only on the other members only,, but other admins of the web can access it very easily,, besides the hacker

who are happily will sale ur information for any one who intrested

do u know that there is registration term of use for the web is the web site is free to access to ur information and to sell it to any company without ur turning to the person agreement?

but who bother to read the term of condition and they just clic ( I agree ) box

and a lot of law suit cases happened because of that

u know,, they asked the owner of the face book for his comment and he said in reply that he don't care and he dd told them about it and they agreed in the term

so "it is simply not my business" what they expect after that? $$t

That's really new for me !!!
i didnt actually read the terms and conditions ... OMG that's terrible

One more thing ... i can't understand when they said " people get to know their ex-friends" and some of their relatives via that facebook
i wonder, didnt they have any other way to get to them!!!
Some reasons do not actully justify that use of the facebook nowadays
some people are just mad in using it ... they spend most of their time on it (24/7 )... so it's kinda BIG waste of time sometimes

i'll come later with some of it's good aspects
HOWEVER, i DO believe that the negative aspects overweigh the positives

i am against with this

actually even i don't know haw to use this website

but i seen lots of my friends speak about it
and try to bush me to join

i think it is silly and nonsense

and some ppl but they pic

i know story happen in oman in big company

oman air line

some stiff use this web site then they get lots of problem
so oman air send memo for all stiff

they prevents to use this website

so

ever never i use this website

u can visit the ppl I meant the member through their personal profiles and write ur invitation to the discussion on their visiter msgs post
and write the link of ur topic in it,,

OR

u can write it in ur personal signeture so who ever pass ur reply may see the signeture and link to ur links

u can use the two suggestions as well

i guess it's really difficult to pull them to participate if they dont want to do so

maybe one way to encourage them is chosing a title that will attract them strongly. Also, writing the thread in such a nice way that force them to leave a comment may work somtimes

i think there is some factors will make ppl to join as or to join topics

like the title for the subject
it should be nice and unfamiliar for ppl

to send invitation for them

nice way of written subject

this will encourage ppl to come

and here I mean all the orphans whether with one of the parents or with no parents at all

why they are kept hidden in the society?

how many of u know where is the locations of the orphans shelters ?

do u think that they are treated fair ?

about the face book.. I am not really familler with it but this is the first time that I heard about the disadventages of it from you

I know some people who joined the face book and got benifet from it, they got free session (workshop) and benifited alot from it.... its not always like what you think but it depends on the person controlling himself...

it is true wat u said,, and it get even worse with the orphans who have no parents ( the sin child) they are really discriminated with the fault they didn't do

I have read a tread here in the forum about this matter , a young girl who had been killed by her step-mother with the approval of the girl's father! and to make it worse they made her die slowly and torture her till death
why the hell they will do that to girl with 5 years old

really unbelievable the life we are living in

yes it could be true,, it is nice to hear that they are giving free workshops, however, I don't think they are free, it must be cost after all... other wise how they conduct a workshop for FREE!!!
