      إلى جميع موظفي الجامعة:-


      تعلن كلية العلوم الزراعية والبحرية عن رغبتها في بيع عدد (65) من الأغنام وذلك عن طريق المزاد يوم الاثنين الموافق 05/04/2010م الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر (03:00) بمحطة التجارب الزراعية بالكلية وفقا للشروط التالية:-

      1-المزاد خاص بموظفي الجامعة فقط ولن يسمح بالمزايدة لغيرهم ويجب عليهم ابراز بطاقة العمل ، ولن يسمح بالشراء للفرد الواحد أكثر من (10) عشرة رؤوس.
      2-على الراغبين الاشتراك في المزاد دفع مبلغ وقدره"20" عشرون ريالا عمانيا لا غير كتأمين قابلة للرد اعتبارا من يوم الاثنين الموافق 05/04/2010م ولن يسمح بالمزايدة لمن لا يدفع التأمين المقرر.
      3-على من يرسو عليه المزاد دفع القيمة نقدا لدى قسم الايرادات لدائرة الشؤون المالية مضافا اليها مصاريف الدلالة بواقع 3% في موعد اقصاه الساعة العاشرة صباحاً من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 06/04/2010م.
      4-يلتزم لمن يرسو عليه المزاد نقل الحيوان في موعد اقصاه الساعة الثانية عشر ظهراً من يوم الأربعاء الموافق 07/04/2010م (سوف تفرض غرامة مالية بواقع "500 بيسة " عن كل حيوان في اليوم الواحد).
      5-إذا لم يلتزم من يرسو عليه المزاد بالفقرتين (3/4)سيفقد كل ما أرسى عليه وكذلك مبلغ التأمين.
      6-الحيوانات التي لم يتم بيعها أو تلك التي لم تستلم من قبل أصحابها سوف يتم بيعها في المزاد القادم.

      This is to inform that the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, intends to sale (65) Goats, through an auction to be held on Monday 05th Apr, 2010 at15.00 at the Agricultural Experiment Station (AES). The auction will be held under the following terms and conditions:

New Roman]1. Auction is only for SQU & SQUH staff and students. No other parties shall allow to participate in the Auction. Each bidder is allowed to buy a maximum of 10 animals.

New Roman]2. All bidders must pay a refundable deposit of R.O. 20/- at the Auction counter before the Auction takes place. This amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders.[/FONT]

New Roman]3. The successful bidder must pay the remaining sum in cash and remove his purchased animal/s not later than Tuesday 06th Apr, 2010. Sultan Qaboos University shall not be held responsible for loading and transportation of any animal sold in the auction. A penalty of 0.500 Bz per animal per day will be charged to the successful bidder, if he fails to remove animal/s before the specified date.[/FONT]

New Roman]4. Any bidder who fails to make full payment or remove his animals by the specified time given above will forfeit both their deposit and the animals.[/FONT]

      5. Any unsold animals or animals not collected will be held for the next AES sale.
