Well i am sure thta he boy will feel happy if a girl went and talked with hime but i am not sure that they will accept to be engaged to that girl,,even if the girl is decent and she just want to be just frank with that boy that she have some feeling for him
Coz i know a similar situation that a girl loved a boy and she wanted to tell him that she loves him because he never know about her feeling ..or in other word he never noticed her, So she started to send some letters to him to give hime a hint that she loves him.. Do u know what happened.. he didn't accept this love because everyone was talking about her in the way sh4e sends the letter
So can u imagine how it will be if the girl went directly to talk to the boy? can u imagine how the situation will be..|y
