القضايا هي:
CASE 1:
Anwar purchased a new GMC Yukon car from Al Dakhliya auto centre, on 26.2.2010. It was alleged that the car carried with it a warranty for 24 months. Contrary to the assurances of the dealer, the car was defective, so Anwar returned the car on 4.3.2010 to the Al Dakhliya auto centre for rectification of the defects.
Although 24 months warranty was given, the car continued to give one trouble or the other and had to be taken to the dealer for repairs on and off. In spite of attendance to repairs by the dealer, it was not rectified and the failure of repairs was ultimately ascribed to the inherent defects in the manufacture of the vehicle.
The manufacturer, failed to rectify the problem in spite of a letter written by the Al Dakhliya Auto Centre on 22.3.2010. Anwar had given them sufficient time by keeping the car for 116 days with Al Dakhliya Auto Centre hoping that it would be repaired. But his hopes were not fulfilled.
