My thanks to God
O’ Allah Almighty I thank you for the night, and for the pleasant morning light, For rest and food and loving care, and all that makes the day so fair.
I thank You because I am alive.
I thank You because I made it through the day’s difficulties, because You are guarding me with your blessing me.
I thank You because I can walk around the obstacles in Your strength and wisdom.
I thank You because I have the ability and the opportunity to do more and do better through
I thank you for my strength and my wisdom you blessed me with.
I thank You because Allah Almighty YOU haven’t given up on me.
You are just so good, and You are the only God I thy worship and pray for
My prayers to God
Almighty Allah the merciful we give you humble and hearty thanks for all your goodness and loving kindness to us and to all people.
We praise you for creating and sustaining us and for all the blessings of this life; but above all for your amazing love giving us grace and the hope of glory. Give us such a sense of all your goodness, that we may be truly thankful and may praise you not only with our lips, but in our lives, by serving you in holy and righteous ways;
Help us to do the things we should to be to others kind and good, in all we do and say, to grow more loving every day.
My Lord and your Lord is Allah, the Lord of the worlds. O Allah for us let this month be a period of peace, faith safety and total submission to Thy will; make us walk apace swiftly to that which Thou likes and approves. O Allah pour out much blessings on us in this month, make available for us its generous good and assistance, and keep us safe from the harm, evil, misfortune and mischief that may try to trap us in this month.

According to the Islamic calendar, Ramadan is the 9th Islamic month, in which all Muslims fasts for 29 or 30 days. Sawm is the Arabic word for fasting, particularly in the month of Ramadan and it means to refrain from food and drinks from dawn to sunset. This is one of the five pillars of Islam, and should be done by all Muslims.Fasting in the month of Ramadan is a commandment from Allah, and shouldn't be ignored by any Muslim. Those who decide to go against Allah and not follow this commandment given by him are committing a big sin and will be punished on the day of judgement. Fasting is the act of abstaining from feeding the body in order to focus more on fully seeking God’s love and trust and feeding the spirit. Every day during the month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world get up before dawn to eat the Suhoor meal and perform the Fajr prayer. They break their fast when the sunset is due. Muslims also pay Zakaat during the month. Also, Muslims prepare special foods and buy gifts for their family and friends and for giving to the poor and needy who cannot afford it, this can involve buying new clothes, shoes and other items of need.Finally, we believe that Ramadan is the month of competition where Muslims try to devote themselves and time to Allah by doing their prayers and reading Quran. Ramadan is the month Muslims like the most. -

7. Al-Muhaymin
The One who witnesses the saying and deeds of His creatures.
The Protector
The vigilant, the controller
8. Al-'Aziz
The Defeater who is not defeated.
The Mighty
The Almighty, the powerful
9. Al-Jabbar
The One that nothing happens in His Dominion except that which He willed.
The all Compelling
10. Al-Mutakabbir
The One who is clear from the attributes of the creatures and from resembling them.
The Haughty, the Majestic
The Imperious
11. Al-Khaliq
The One who brings everything from non-existence to existence.
The Creator, the Maker
12.Al-Bari'
The Creator who has the Power to turn the entities.
The Artificer, the Creator
13.Al-Musawwir
The One who forms His creatures in different pictures.
The Fashioner
The Organizer, the Designer
14.Al-Ghaffar
The One who forgives the sins of His slaves time and time again.
The Forgiving, the Forgiver
15.Al-Qahhar
The Subduer who has the perfect Power and is not unable over anything.
The Almighty, the Dominant
16.Al-Wahhab
The One who is Generous in giving plenty without any return.
The Donor, the Bestower
17. Ar-Razzaq
The Provider, the Sustainer
18. Al-Fattah
The One who opens for His slaves the closed worldly and religious matters.
The Opener, the Revealer
19. Al-'Alim
The Knowledgeable; The One nothing is absent from His knowledge.
The all Knowing, the Omniscient
20. Al-Qabid
The One who constricts the sustenance.
The Contractor, The Restrainer, the Recipient
21. Al-Basit
The One who expands and widens.
The Expander, He who expands
22. Al-Khafid
The One who lowers whoever He willed by His Destruction.
The Abaser, the Humbler
23. Ar-Rafi'
The One who raises whoever He willed by His Endowment.
The Raiser, the Exalter
24. Al-Mu'iz
He gives esteem to whoever He willed, hence there is no one to degrade Him;
The Honorer, the Exalter
25. Al-Muzil
Degrades whoever he willed, hence there is no one to give him esteem.
The Abaser, the Degrader, the Subduer
26. As-Sami'
The One who Hears all things that are heard by His Eternal Hearing without an ear, instrument or organ.
The Hearer, The All hearing, all knowing.
27. Al-Basir
The One who Sees all things that are seen by His Eternal Seeing without a pupil or any other instrument.
The Seer, The discerning, the All seeing.
28. Al-Hakam
He is the Ruler and His judgment is His Word.
The arbitrator, the Judge
29. Al-'Adl
The One who is entitled to do what He does.

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the Earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil and shirk of the devil, and from committing wrong against my soul or bringing such upon another Muslim

O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You [and I put my trust in You] and I break my fast with Your sustenance ['wa 'alayka tawakkaltu' is quoted in some books of knowledge - but not all, hence it is in brackets] [abu Dawud]
dhahabadh-dhama'u wab-tallatil 'uruuqi, wa thabatal arju inshaAllah
The thrist is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is confirmed, if Allah [Ta'ala] Wills

O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy which envelopes all things, that You forgive me.
