Acteon eloiseae is known only from Al Masirah Id, Oman, Arabian Sea. The largest shell known is 38mm long. Nothing is known of its anatomy so a generic placement is not possible but as Abbott suggests it closely resembles species of the genus Maxacteon and in particular Maxacteon flammea. It is often misspelt A. eloisae.

, when i came here the first time i did not like it cause there's nothing much 2 do,

just go 2 work

but later i like the place cause there sOo much stuff to see, if u like nature

i know there is no shopping malls

but i get all my stuff i need

9) Would you go again Masirah Island?

u should come here n u will know and i am sure u will visit again

10) How long did it take get to Masirah Island?

well driving

from MCT to Shenna (500KM) it will take me around 3 and half hours , cause i stop in between

then u have 2 get the ferry

this is where u waste your time cause there no proper schedule for the ferry's

so i guess around 7 hours with the ferry trip

but if u are getting the RAFO flight its only 45 min or less

What were the means of transport you had to use to get to Masirah Island

Were there adequate services on the Masirah Island

I will say yes , but u will not find big shopping malls ,

Do you encounter a problems during your trip? What were they? How do you think it can be fixed?

If you are driving from Muscat to Masirah please watch out for the Camels

and i would advice you guys to take it slow
