after praying weeeee was SOoOo hungry but lunch was not yet read and we did nOot have our breakfast
we went back to the beach until the lunch was ready

this is traditional Omani food
it is call Harisya but i am not sure
and its SooOoo yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaameeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

SoOo we head back to my compound 2 take a power nap
