تعلن جامعة السلطان قابوس عن رغبتها في بيع الأثاث المستعمل ، يرجى ممن يرغب في الشراء معاينة الأثاث في ساحة المخازن بدائرة الشؤون الإدارية (قسم المخازن) خلال يوم السبت الموافق 28/4/2012، من الساعة الثامنة صباحا وحتى الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا.
- سيقام المزاد يوم الأحد الموافق 29/4/2012م، في تمام الساعة الثالثة ظهرا.
- على الراغب في دخول المزاد دفع مبلغ وقدره "50" خمسون ريال عماني كتأمين وذلك قبل ساعة من بدء المزاد. على أن يسترد المبلغ في حالة عدم إرساء أي مزاد عليه.
- تسدد قيمة الشراء نقدا فور انتهاء المزاد، ويعتبر العرض المقدم ملزم لصاحبه إذا أرسي عليه. وفي حالة عدم قيام المشتري بتسديد قيمة الشراء في الوقت المحدد يسقط عنه مبلغ التأمين ويعاد المزاد على حسابه. وعليه أن يتحمل جميع المصاريف التي تترتب على إعادة المزاد أو أي فروقات في السعر.
- يباع الأثاث على وضعه الحالي والجامعة غير مسؤولة عن تحمل أو تلف أو ضياع الأثاث إذا لم يتم نقله بعد انتهاء المزاد. وستفرض غرامة بواقع "10" عشرة ريالات عمانية عن كل يوم بعد تاريخ 1/5/2012م.
- يتم نقل البضاعة مباشرة في اليوم التالي بعد انتهاء المزاد من 30/4/2012م وحتى 1/5/2012م ولا يسمح بنقل الأثاث في نفس يوم المزاد.
-على المشتري تحمل مصاريف الدلالة بواقع (5%) خمسة بالمائة من قيمة مشترياته.ملاحظة : الدخول إلى ساحة المعاينة والمزاد عن طريق البوابة رقم (2).

The SALE OF USED FURNITURE, on as –is-where- is basis, through a public auction to be held on Sunday 29 April 2012, 03:00 pm at the University Housing Store
Interested parties can view the items on Saturday 28/4/2012
Participants must pay cash deposit of RO. 50/- at the auction counter before the auction takes place. This amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders
The successful bidder must pay the total amount of his/her purchases in cash immediately after the auction ended
The successful bidder must remove his/her purchased items during working hours 8:00 am to 04:00 pm on or before 1/5/2012. The auction price shall be obligatory on the part of the successful bidder
Sultan Qaboos University shall not be held responsible for loading, transport, loss or damage of any item/s sold in the auction. A penalty of RO. 10/- per day will be charged to the successful bidder, if he fails to remove his purchased item/s after the 1/5/2012
The successful bidder shall be required to pay a brokerage fee of (5%) five per cent of the auction value
Any bidder who fails to comply with the above items will forfeit both the deposit and the item/s selected
Note: All bidders shall enter the University through Gate No. 2
