      الموضوع: طلب باحثين عمانيين شباب (اناث أو \ذكور) للمشاركة في مسح ميداني في المجتمع المحلي

      نظرة عامة
      سيتم دراسة العنف ضد الأطفال على مستوى المجتمع العماني من قبل قسمي طب الأسرة وصحة الطفل. المسح يستلزم اجراء مقابلات مع أمهات أو الأوصياء على الأطفال الصغار دون سن 18 عاما، فضلا عن الشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 - 24 عاما, باستخدام استبيانات مصممه مسبقا وتم اختبارها، المسح يسعى لمعرفة مستوى العنف ضد الجيل الحالي والسابق من الأطفال. نتوقع بدء جمع بيانات الدراسه ما بين النصف الثاني من سبتمبر والاسبوع الأول من أكتوبر.


      وصف الوظيفة

      الدراسة تسعى لتجنيد الشباب الباحثين العمانيين لفترة محدودة (3-4 أشهر) لجمع البيانات على مستوى المجتمع. في عمل ينطوي على الأتي:

      1. زيارة الأسر ضمن مجموعات محددة سابقا في محافظة مسقط بحيث يكون كل فرد عضوا في فريق من 4 أشخاص.

      2. إجراء مقابلات مع السكان المستهدفين، وضمان اكتمال البيانات ونوعيتها.


      المؤهلات المطلوبه:

      1. أن يكون المترشح عماني الجنسيه سواء أن كان من النساء أوالرجال

      2. يجيد اللغة العربية تحدثا وكتابة

      3. لديه مهارات اتصال جيدة وقادر على معالجة القضايا الحساسة

      4. على استعداد للعمل في المجتمع في ساعات عمل مرنة
      5. لديه خلفية في مجال الصحة العامة أوعلم الاجتماع أو علم النفس
      6. الاولويه لأولئك الذين شاركوا سابقا في الاستطلاعات و البحوث الميدانيه

      الفوائد:

      1. التدريب في جميع الجوانب المتصلة بالمسوح الميدانيه

      2. توفير النقل المجاني من وإلى موقع جمع البيانات

      3. دفع مكافأة مغرية شهريه على أساس عدد أيام العمل في الشهر

      4. كما سيتم الاعتراف بالمساهمة في جمع البيانات حسب طبيعة العمل

      5. وستعطى رسالة تزكيه لأولئك الذين إنجزوا العمل بنجاح

      Overview

      The mapping of violence against children at a community level will be implemented by the department of Family Medicine and Child health. The survey entails holding interviews following a pre-designed and pre-tested questionnaire with parents or guardians of young children below the age of 18 years as well as young adults between 18 – 24 years. The survey intends to reflect violence against the current and previous generation of children. The tentative onset of data collection is between the second half of September and first week of October


      Job description

      The survey is seeking the recruitment young Omani researchers for a limited period to collect data at a community level.

      The job entails

      1. Visiting households within previously selected clusters in Muscat governorate as a member of team of 4 persons.

      2. Conducting interviews with target population and ensure data completeness and quality.


      Qualifications

      1. Omani nationals candidate both women and men

      2. Fluent in Arabic spoken and written

      3. Have good communication skills and capable to address sensitive issues

      4. Ready to work in the community at flexible hours

      5. Background in sociology, psychology or public health is an asset

      6. Preference for those who participated previously in surveys
