A method which is called AL Tabssel
AL Tabssel is the procedure of drying dates
I will be posting the steps of this traditional method
that has influenced Oman with a brief “Myth” of the past
and how this all happened in the time of Al Tabssel
AL Tabssel is the method of how we cook the dates
Only people who knows the method of how AL Tabssel is done
knows when the dates have reached the maturity stage
could then be cut
It is important to know that
the maturity time of the dates are three months
and if it is cut before the maturity date
then these dates are not good for the process
