2-the polite form of question to offer things is:

would you like...........?

and the polite form to say "i want" is

i'd like..........

3-you can say :
have you/is it/can't you?
to show your interest in something.


4-too/neither:
too is used for possitive similaraty.
neither is used for negitive similarty.
