Exactly,, Reemoh is right...the best thing is practicing.. talk to your friends and read stories and bookes in English. Always monitor your progress.. there are English stories that are specified for certain levels. and insha allah you will improve!!!...take care

im trying to help u as i can
i want to tell u that no body born and knows every thing.
but ther is one thing to do
1- u have to read and write
2-u have to speack more as u can
u will ask what u have to read
u can read story news paper any thing that is in english try to read
if u will do that im giving u only 6moth u will be best in inglish
hope that i did some thing to u -
Simply.. read and read and read... read stories, news paper, watch translated movies

but sometimes I have problem to improving my vocab
and how can I keeping them -

1.Try to guess the meaning of the new words
2. Write the new words in your notes ( try to have a small note with you
3.Try to speake a lot
4. Always ask becouse no one is perfect
