after I read this message

had a student take the advanced test, she got all of them corect, but when it was
on-line chcked it stated that she had only 9 or 25. WHY?

I thought that I've solved most of the test corrctley but they gave me bad scores

why don't we bring the test here and try to solve it

As for Q2, I think A is not the correct answer, and I go for D, and please whoever comes after me and if he does not agree with me to suggest an answer or if he agrres to go to Q3

Well tell you the truth.. although i was born speaking english, i think my english at the age of 16 sucked and i mean the grammar part of it.. so dont worry.. we were all in the same boat once..

And a very good piece of information for you to know.. dont think that the english speaker or those whom their mother tongue is english are good in grammar either.. I heard from something that Australians are so bad in english when it comes to Grammar

Absolutely correct, and in general talk we are much better than british aussies and others when it comes to Grammar
I had the chance to see how 3 brits right, and they are supposed to be engineers, and for the first moment I thought a kid from our school did it, and I am not kidding at all

We are better, we speak and write Arabic but they only know english, the only thing they win us on is the accent...who cares
Well visit british or australian or american shcools and you will discover the bitter truth

Well you see, that also happens to us too.. I mean we talk arabic and there are many people who talk arabic and they suck in arabic grammar.. i think it's exactly the same thing and I also think that people tend to be better in terms of grammar than natives of that particular language.

The academic english, neither natives, nor people from non-english background are good at it.. there is a course at uni called writing skills and everyone fails in that course, even aussies. I assume the same thing in arabic. we have to be careful of the order of words and vowels etc

When I was at school, I was always getting no less than 95 in my arabic subjects but i was not that good in informal arabic speaking. I could talk formal arabic very well.. but now its so bad and one my plans when i come back insha'a Allah is to revise all my arabic language skills.. its good to be able t control more than one language plus the mother language.. I dont know whats my mother tongue anyway and I always say my first language is (both english and arabic).. didnt get any other option but to say that.. hmmm interesting though
